Full inspection of unit casing, loft environment and installation quality
Filter removal, inspection, clean or replacement (replacement filters quoted separately if needed)
Fan motor and impeller check — speed, noise and bearing condition

Airflow measurement and re-commissioning to manufacturer's specification
